This dealership has been giving us the run around for over a month & a half now My husband *** decided to purchase a car from them back in September The customer service at the time of purchase was our first nightmare I advised them that I had a 2nd job to get to & we needed to get the paperwork done quickly so that I could leave for work They put other customers in front of us & had us sitting at their dealership for hours with our year old daughter I finally had to make a huge scene before they finally pulled us in to complete the paperwork We finally signed everything & left with the car 3-hours after arrival Approximately a week after purchase my husband gets a call from Jeremy, who is our rep, stating that they were able to get us a lower interest rate & to come back to the dealership & resign a new contract & paperwork with the lower interest rate & payment This dealership is approximately 30-minutes from where we live, so
