Mr. Tribble ordered two (2) Spartan cellular trail cameras on Thursday September 10th. He received those cameras at 9:06 am on...

Friday September 11th. Mr. Tribble first contacted us via email on Saturday September 12th at 10:21 am when our business was closed. One of our representatives [redacted] replied to Mr. Tribbles email shortly thereafter at 12:06 even though we were closed. [redacted] exchanged emails with Mr. Tribble all weekend and ultimately issued a return authorization for Mr. Tribble on Monday, September 14th. Marc also emailed a prepaid [redacted] label which Mr. Tribble refused to use. At 1:00pm Wednesday September 16th we received Mr. Tribble's package and attempted to refund his purchase just 21 minutes later at 1:21 pm. Mr. Tribble had already initiated a chargeback with his credit card company which prevented us from refunding his purchase. I personally called our credit card processor and made them aware of our intent to fully refund Mr. Tribble as soon as possible. We were told the chargeback process had to run its course between the two credit card companies and Mr. Tribble would be refunded. I have supporting documentation for all of this if needed. At no time whatsoever did anyone dispute receiving Mr. Tribble's return package. We attempted to contact Mr. Tribble several times but he never answered his phone or returned our calls.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 18, 2015/11/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First off none has ever tried to contact me from TRAILCAMPRO
via email or phone calls.
Secondly on Sept 30th the documents we received from the credit card company stated that NO MERCHANDISE HAD BEEN RECEIVED and no credit was issued. Herein lies the problem.
IF TRAILCAMPRO did receive the cameras like [redacted] states then why send in documents on Sept 30th 2015 with your return policy stating NO MERCHANDISE HAD BEEN RECEIVED so no credit would be issued.
This just doesn't make sense.
Kinda of like listening to [redacted] in a Congressional Testimony.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 26, 2015/11/16) */
To whom it may concern,
As stated previously and noted in the originally supplied documentation, Trailcampro received the return package from the consumer at 1:00 pm September 16th. Twenty minutes later Trailcampro employee [redacted] attempted to issue a full refund to the customer but received an error message stating action not permitted "This transaction already has a chargeback filed." We would not have attempted to refund the consumers purchase if we disputed receiving his package. The consumer's action of filing a chargeback prior to his return arriving at the Trailcampro warehouse prevented the refund from being processed. The chargeback has since run its course and the consumer's account has been refunded his full purchase amount of [redacted] on 10/20/2015. Case #PP-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 28, 2015/11/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not heard once why TRAILCAMPRO sent in documents stating that NO MERCHANDISE HAD BEEN RECEIVED?
This could have all been avoided if TRAILCAMPRO had not sent in documents stating that NO MERCHANDISE HAD BEEN RECEIVED.
Very glad to have [redacted] on my side when these events happen.
Also, many thanks to the Revdex.com of SW Missouri for your help in getting my credit issued.

David
