Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10755430, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] , I understand why it would be in your best interest to dismiss my claims that I have repeatedly attempted to contact your business to have the refrigerator fixedHowever, I attempted to contact your business numerous times at the phone number provided to me by [redacted] which is [redacted] I verified this again just now at 12:58pm 8/13/by calling the storeI also verified with the Goldwing appliance technician that the previous number is how I should contact your businessYou can blame me all you want, but the fact remains that you are lousy at providing accurate, professional customer service to those who have a contract with youI am more than willing to provide any and all phone records from Verizon to prove the amount of phone calls and duration of those calls to and from your officeI doubt you can do the same because as far as I can understand in your previous response you have a poor way of keeping track of who you talk toThank you, and I will have a better day knowing the refrigerator will get fixed and then I will no longer have any ties to your businessThis experience has taught me that I will never shop at [redacted] nor will I ever enlist your warranty company again Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for the note from Mr***, file number ***. Most of the things that Mr*** talks about are accurate. The refrigerator was purchased by another person and later transferred to his name by giving us the $filing fee but there is no other record of him asking for
service or leaving messages. I am glad that he asked you to be involved because either he has the wrong phone number or he is misdialing. In any case, he has now been contacted and has service scheduled for the repair of his refrigerator. Of course if there are other concerns or questions he can always call again. the number that is supposed to call for service is ***. We hope this will help him have a better day than he seemed to be having the day he wrote this letter.*** *** *** *** ***

Good afternoon,  We apologize for the delay in getting back to [redacted]. We spoke to her father [redacted] , the owner of the washer, on Wednesday, February 15th. He let us know the washer was not draining, and we have since authorized Goldwing appliance repair to come out and do...

the repairs. The service company has left messages on both phone numbers given, and have been unable to reach Susan or Manfredo to schedule the repair appointment. If they have any questions or issues please contact Centurion Home Shield and ask for Autumn. I will be happy to help in any way possible.
