Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I agree with the premise of the response, my concern is that I can not get a test done within days and am reluctant to close the complaint until I have been reimbursed by Centurion for the necessary workMy experience with this company is that they say whatever is needed to get regulators off their back and then just lead the customer on Please advise how best to deal with this How can I be sure they will actually pay? I have no intention of letting this issue go unattended into the winter But getting trades people to come out for a small job is challenging in my areaHave been in touch with several at this point Any thoughts with regard to keeping the issue open until financial restitution has been made? Will advise as soon as I have confirmed a roofer who will come out to do test and carpenter to make repairs and painter to paint the ceiling Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear BBB, We have reached out to Mrs. [redacted] and resolved the issue a couple of weeks ago. Mrs. [redacted] had a small water stain on her ceiling, she assumed that the water leak was due to the installation of the solar system that we installed back in March. After... going on the roof and into the attic it was determined by our technician that the water leak was not due to the solar system installation but to a small hole that was found under one of the solar panels. We sealed the hole and expect for this to resolve the water leak issue. Many thanks, Albert G. R***

I wish I could say we were new customers. Our contract with Renewable Resources became Centurion during our job, was through our town a few years ago. Within months of the installation we became aware of a leak in the roof as a result of the panel installation. After a lot of angry phone calls their electrician (who complained of having been stiffed by the company) came out but was unable to fix the hole sufficiently which we had no way of knowing until a while later when it leaked again. Attempts to find Adam Lutsky - our contact at Centurion went unanswered. and it was impossible to get a roofer to do any work without getting the panels off the roof. This proved impossible at the time. Thankfully the leak was quiet for a few years. I kept checking moisture in the water stained ceiling never enough to rain in though. Now unfortunately southern New England is seeing a lot of rain and we have been revisited by a puddle in my office under the same spot as the original one. It's too many years to get any action from them I know so am putting those out there to warn other consumers. I do wish there was a way to rate Adam and his new company negatively. 1 star doesn't begin to express the detritus effect of knowing one has a hole in their roof and no way to fix it. Sorry to see this company is still in the business. Buyer be very ware!

Review: Centurion installed solar panels on our roof just before the winter. It's taken some time but in the ensuing months we've begun to see signs of water damage in our ceiling directly under where the panels have been installed.

I have been in touch with Adam L[redacted] of Centurian Solar who promised a site visit by Marco, the electrician on record and foreman of this installation, by the end of the week. This was as of August 17, 2015. In my experience with this company getting them to say they'll show up is not a problem getting them to actually follow through and appear, unless there is money due them - is a huge problem and potentially impossible.Desired Settlement: Site visit to confirm damage and roof repair. Centurion is the only contractor to have worked on this roof in the last 10 years. Water damage is directly under panel installation and began right after the first winter post installation.

Would like any roof repair to be witnessed by my own roofer as well.

the hole was never fixed. How do I know? There's water in my house through the same ceiling fixture as before. And how can I prove Albert and Adam lie to get people off their backs? This house has no attic! Their tech was the electrician - who had been stiffed by them - had no way to assess anything.
