Im usually happy with my rewards system at Cinemark . But now 2020 rolls out and they are sneakly changing the rewards system. If you really want your 20% off concession, really check your receipt. Twice @ walnut creek and Pleasant hill, I did not see the price go down when using my movie rewards and even the associate told me, its points now where as clearly the advertising says no where about the points system, except that you do earn points when spending the money. Add to this, my brother claimed to look to the screen and the employee did actually nothing to change the price of the concession.
Added to this, they advertise that you would get a discount on the bucket and I got no such thing.
