We have agreed to repair ac for this customerThis is an intermmittent problem that our service department could not fixWe have found a service center to out source repairs tooCustomer will need to bring the car to us when possibleWe understand he is away at school at this time and cant bring

[redacted] I am rejecting this offer because I have taken this car 2 times in which they kept it for 2 days each time and my son had to take it to school 3 hours away. I feel it is necessary now to take it to our own place have it fixed and motorsports pay for it. I can not afford for my son to miss classes due to motorsports lack of fixing it.
