be in great order, also your purchase price for the vehicle was $3103.63 not $3700 and as you stated you did travel with the vehicle to Missouri State which is at least 450 miles if not more which we believe if the vehicle is majorly defective it will never drive that distance without issues and we have never heard back from you since the purchase date, also at the date of purchase you did a test drive and came back talked about price and we did negotiate to meet your desired budget also you did sign an official state of Ohio Buyers Guide (AS IS FORM)  that indicate that you understand that the vehicle is sold to you AS IS with absolutely no warranty. we are terribly sorry that you're having this much trouble with it now but non of those issues was present at the point of your purchase.

WE PAID that repair for you $93.00 which we wasn't required to do but as a curtsy we did it.Second: you state the vehicle was shaking and it needed a tire, obviously tire is a wear and tear item that we are not required to help with simply because the vehicle didn't shake when you purchased it.Third: you said that we forced the warranty on you to buy which is not true , you came in a month after your purchase and asked us to cancel the warranty and we didn't mind than our finance manager asked you to verify the warranty issue with your daughter and you called her here from our office and she told you that you requested to buy that warranty from day one and she also advised you to keep it and don't cancel it, so you did and left happy.Later you called us again and your final decision was to cancel the warranty and we did cancel it for you and issued a check to your LENDER with the cost of the warranty to pay down your loan.Then after that you had the Steering Column issue that will cost the most money happened after the Warranty Cancellation that would off been a covered component if you kept your warranty..... HOW'S THAT OUR FAULT !!!!!At the very beginning we advised you that your credit qualifies you for a better vehicle for about the same monthly payment amount but YOU choose this vehicle with absolutely no pressure.Last: we have to assure you that we do feel sorry for your trouble but at this point, it is a used vehicle that will require normal maintenance.
