Review: On November 2, they received a security deposit from a new tenant. They also collected a prorated amount of rent for the month of November. They were supposed to send me a check for that amount collected as a security deposit and most of the prorated rent, but all I hear from them is, "The check is in the mail."Desired Settlement: I want them to send me the check for the amount they owe me - the security deposit and the amount owed me from the prorated November rent. I figure they owe me approximately $3106.93.
