We received notification of Amber's issues during her stay and at that time we were able to compensate her $dollars off of her room upon departureAt this time we thought things were good and the customer was happy with this resolutionWe then got a call from Mrs*** on the 5th of June
stating that she was supposed to get "$and some change" back, to which we did not have any notes of any sort regardingWe then added up the grill charges that she disputed and told her those charges added up to $100.37, to which she responded "oh yeah, that must be it then"At this time, due to the correspondence months after the fact, the inconsistencies with her stories, paired with us having no notes in regards to the food and beverage charges the guest was disputing we denied her request to have those charges refunded.

Sorry it took so long to get back to youThe checks we send out come out of our corporate office in California so it takes a little time to check into itIt looks like we mailed Jeremy his check on the 6th of March as the checks sometimes have to come out of California as wellHe should have

? I am rejecting this response because:

At this time we thought things were good and the customer was happy with this resolution. We then got a call from Mrs. [redacted] on the 5th of June...

stating that she was supposed to get "$167 and some change" back, to which we did not have any notes of any sort regarding. We then added up the grill charges that she disputed and told her those charges added up to $100.37, to which she responded "oh yeah, that must be it then".
