First off I'm not a very educated man I don't know how to read or write so this is being written by someone with my best interests. My parents passed leaving me 3 homes one I live in the other two I rent out, my only source of income because of my health problems well I decided I was going to sell and move out somewhere that the air was a little bit better so I look up one of the top sales real estate agents and found *** (*** #***) out of Century 21. I signed a contingent sale saying I would not have to sell unless I found somewhere I liked. *** contacted his investors and arranged a viewing we found a buyer that was willing to pay what I wanted and it was as is sale I didn't have to do any evictions or anything so we started escrow and I signed a contract with the buyer stating this. All of a sudden when I inquired about the sale because it was taking a bit of time, my agent told me I would have to do the evictions because some new law passed and the buyer would pay for it, so I agreed but I wasn't to sure I wanted this kind of hassle so my agent told me think about it and if it doesn't feel right then cancel that nothing was going to be done until tomorrow, so I thought about it then something came up I didn't like so I canceled I was completely ignored and eviction where served the next morning anyways I was upset at this point I wanted nothing to do with guy and I told him this, he ***led a meeting so I went he told me he's been busy dealing with only my property and all the paperwork that went with it. So I came across a house I liked he ***led made a bid had me signing thing I didn't even know he would tell me just the usual. So I made it clear I didn't know how to read and that I was really Leary of signing any paperwork with out knowing what it was but of course he gave me this song and dance that he only had me and my properties best interests so I put my trust in this man. I was told it was a remodeled tri-plex that had just been completely redone with three tents.But to be honest he should help me get some other place to replace this one and not charge me a arm and a leg, it should be free !

Regarding property ***
*** was never instructed to pay for any evictions; the new buyer agreed to pay and hire a company to process the eviction. When *** notified us to cancel the eviction, it was already too late, since the company was closed for the day and notices were being posted/delivered that night.
There was a 2 day gap from the time escrow closed on ***'s old home and new home purchase. Meanwhile *** was able to stay at old home for two weeks, free of charge.
I dont know why this case was closed I was never contacted about it my home was sold out from under me I was lied to and put in a position were my income was taken from me I have a family to support. and the buyer did not offer I was told if I didnt evict them buyer was going to cancel so I canceled yet eviction papers were stll sent out
Unfortunately our response is the same. The situation regarding the tenant eviction was "beyond our control". When *** requested we stop it, it was too late...tenants had already been served. This transaction closed per the initial terms of the contract that *** agreed to. Thank you
