My overall experience with Century Curbow Realty has been an extreme disappointmentAfter attempting to contact the broker for this company several times -- solely to file a complaint regarding the property manager we worked with and to resolve issues regarding unwarranted charges -- we were given the cold shoulder and have yet to receive a phone call from him and get our full deposit backIn an attempt to contact the broker regarding our experience, it has come to our attention that not only does this company not care about their residents, but they have no regard for the moderation of their employees eitherBe careful when renting from this company, take pictures of every defect at both move in & move out, because we are getting charged for items that were unnecessaryWe were great residents who consistently paid on time, kept the home in outstanding condition, and did our best to communicate with the management teamWe deserve the full remainder of our deposit back, $
If you are looking to rent---STAY AWAY! She was totally unprofessional and a monsterious nuisance the entire time we lived in that house.When we first looked at home, without ever meeting her, she gave us the code to see the house which we found odd since every other management company asks to see your license before just letting strangers walk through homes. This is why if you're looking to rent out your home I'd strongly recommend finding an agent who wont give out access to your house to just anyone over the phone. When we moved out we got a third of our deposit back due to hundreds of dollars spent on a faint line on a wall from a head board and twiggs removed from the backyard. we hired professional cleaners ourselves and were very neat anyway. When we did the walk through the agent didn't say a word about additional cleaning. She said the house was in amazing shape, We left the house almost exactly the way it was found with the exception of the line on the wall from the head board. We are currently home owners and treated the property as if it were ours. We expected we would still get charged for something considering, thats what these property managers do (thieves).Just didnt expect to be charged almost 400 dollars when we received praise for taking such good care of the property. I cannot stress enough how horrible this company ([redacted]) is!
