December 28, 2015Dear MsButts:We are disappointed to hear of a complaint against our company summited to you on 12/14/15, Century-All-Elite, Inc., continues to strive to not only meet all of our customers expectations but to ultimately exceed themThe (return of) or (not to return) a rental deposit is NOT up to Century-All-Elite, Inc.'s, discretionIt is solely up to the Landlord/Owner of the property, We do not receive any of the forfeited deposit.We disagree with the facts stated in the customers complaint1) The customer was informed in writing and signed a deposit agreement prior to paying the deposit to take the home off the market and therefore the deposit was not refundable for this reason2) We never promise any customer a refund, however if the property is rerented quickly we would hope the Landlord/Owner would return the deposit or at least a portion of the depositThe property is still not rerentedAgain this is not Century-All-Elite Inc.'s decision it is up to the Landlord/Owner, And again, Century-All-Elite, Incdid not receive any of the forfeited depositPlease understand we have no control with disputes between tenant and landlordThank You, Joseph T President

Bobby Almond is the best agent EVER! She helped us buy our first home when we were ready to give up. So much red tape, she answered ALL our questions and phone calls. I am rejecting this response because:
Julie w[redacted] herself promised to refund the money if the owners said no. Maybe joe T[redacted] didn't know about that but I find it odd that he wouldn't return my calls regarding that. There was talk and a promise about it and I'm not going to let it go until it's fixed.
