For starters I want to explain I use to be the Property Manager for this company and resided at an address I managed for an owner. I paid a $1215 security deposit when I moved in. The condo had not been cleaned, painted, carpet was ripped and ruined, garbage disposal and dishwasher were broken. Nothing was repaired or fixed. I lived there a year and they harassed me for noise issues which was not correct. Police even verified. I finally moved with their last threat by email. It wasn't an issue until I quit due to many reasons one of which mistreatment. But this is about move out charges that were not my doing and now they kept my deposit of $1215 plus say I owe over $5000.00 more in charges. Please help me resolve this.
I have attached the actual photo's showing the condition of the property when Ms. moved in. I have attached emails from her stating she is aware that some of the damage was from her son and that she had every intention of making the necessary repairs. I have included copies of emails from the condo association stating the dates and times the noise complaints were filed. An eviction notice was placed on the property for non payment of rent. Ms. did eventually pay rent but the owner agreed to release her from her lease early due to the late rent, repairs not being completed and complaints received from the condominium association.
