I am rejecting this response because: My point is that they did not know the condition of the house that I was in on *** *** *** ***They took over management in the middle of our leaseSo how can they charge me for damages in the house when they don't know how it looked prior to me moving inIt is their fault they did not know the condition because no one was ever sent to look over the place when they took over management I should have not been charged for the carpet cleaning and etcI moved into *** *** *** the way it was and I left it the way it wasI am being charged for damages that were already there when I moved in and that is not right at all
