I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]nd have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I disagree with this response.  Here are few bullet points.1)  Somewhat the emails were received but only after I reached out to them.  They have never kept in contact with me without me imitating the contact. For example they told me this past Monday that we were closing on Friday.  I received an email at 11:11 pm Thursday night that we would not be closing.  She had previously told me she would be in contact with me on Wednesday (she was suppose to receive papers from the buyer's agent that day).  After signing the listing agreement I did not hear from the realtor until 2 days after the listing agreement was up and suddenly she had a buyer.  Since then this has been a comedy act.  2)   I have a copy of the email sent to the broker that had emailed [redacted] about the closing and asking about what was going on.  His name is [redacted]I did not receive a response. 3) Regardless of whether the buyer wants the land or not, the time period expired on April 24th and I should not be held hostage and the real estate company should be helping in getting this resolved.  This does not mean I need to contact an attorney to get it resolved.  I sign up for their service to REPRESENT me as the seller and I feel they are doing everything they can to assist the buyer.  4) My understanding of the realtor laws in Texas is that they are to notify both buyer and seller 10 days in advance of the closing.  If I get notified within 2 hours I feel lucky.  I just wanted this on record so that others are aware that this company is not up to helping them.  The unprofessional behavior throughout this ordeal has been unreal.  I only signed an extension of the contract because they assured me we were going to close in 7-10 days.   In dealing with others I find that honesty and integrity are of the up most importance.  Misrepresentation of the truth is not in the best interest of anyone involved.
