I got a new stove January
The oven stop working a few weeks before Christmas, so December The quick backe doesn't workThe oven doesn't go up to the temperate you want and the smoke come out from the door
In less that one year
The sales person said in one year you can get a new one or money back if you had any problem during the warranty time
I have two diferente technician to fix it and after all, I didn't get any solutionStill under warranty and the don't do any exchange or money back
In your sales Receipt explain about your satisfaction guaranteed
But what is exactly satisfaction guaranteed ???
A store that it's been paid for my repair from the appliance company with out any lost
What do I really get as a customer from my satisfaction guaranteed?
Nothing, a oven under warranty that it doesn't work, I can't get a new one, even if I'm offering a upgrade, so paid more money from my pocket
Very disappointed, customer we have no right
The copy of the receipt doesn't mention you about your rightsThat is
If I know from the beginning that during my warranty I can't exchange my product for obvious circumstances, I will never ever buy anything here
So for future customers, don't buy anything in Mayor AppliancesKnow your rights before you give your money awayMake sure what ever they said you record, because they lie to you
