In response to the compliant to [redacted], this was over a water bill that was not paid for from the seller initially. Which is...
not my responsibility but I finally received the funds from the seller, and I drove to Mr. [redacted] house to give the check to him. What he is really complaining about is a $32 late fee that the city charged, which I nor my company was aware of, so again I drove to his home and dropped the funds off personally. So stating that I was trying to doge him is ridiculous! I have sold over 500 properties in the past 6 years and this is the first from anyone, this is a defiantly a one off complaint.
