I pay mortgage for my apt at  402 [redacted] Ave, Apt 303, [redacted] was our property management company up until 2013, I paid my maintenance fees to them, we obtained another management company, [redacted], they say I owe back maintenance fees, I dispute...

the amount they say I owe, [redacted] sent a reconciliation  of my maintenance payments to the new management company, Huakai, I called them and spoke to Lynn U[redacted], and requested the detail reconciliation  of what was sent to Huakai, if I recall they sent a check of monies paid to them that they did not post to my account to Huakai, along with the itemized statement or reconciliation, Lynn U[redacted] told me that they changed computer system and that the do not have the records and she could not help me. all I am requesting is that itemized statement and to confirm that a check was sent to [redacted], before I pay any balance owing to them.
