I am responding on behalf of Century Property Management in regard to the complaint from *** ***. Mr*** had emailed me about his concern with the flooring charge on his move out expensesI further researched the matter and found that he did not report any issue with
flooring on his move in report, nor did he voice any complaint during his tenancyUpon move in the only issues reported were the hot water heater getting extremely hot, and an issue with being able to easily close/lock the living room windowThese items were addressed immediately. Further in his tenancy there were work orders entered for the AC unit, an issue with the dryer, and replacement of a blind on a window, but nothing reported with any flooring. Upon move out we do a thorough inspection and video of each unitThis video is still available if Mr*** would like to view it, and shows the damage to the carpetThe damage appears to be pet damage, but regardless of how the damage happened, the carpet that was replaced was charged back since there was no damage at move in.
