I wanted to purchase an investment property through this Broker only to discover the unscrupulous ethics he uses to governs his brokerage. I request to view the property but for the entire time no one know where the keys for the property were. So I called the listing agent, [redacted], she said that she was out of state and was unable to help me. So I call the office again, they again gave me the listing agent cell number to call. She became irritated refusing to assist in any way when I called again. I did some research on the property and filled out an offer contract with another agent and we hand delivered the contract to [redacted]i, the broker. We started speaking to [redacted] I then learnt that [redacted] was in office. My agent spoke to the the Century 21 Pogo broker and requested that represent me during the transaction. [redacted] agreed and so I paid him the principle for the property with no good faith deposit seeing that it was a cash sale listing. He toke my contract and a few hours later the property went under contract. When I called the listed owner of the property I was in formed by their representatives that that they had no vested interest in the property. So continued my research only to discover that the primary lien holder was Bank America. I contacted BOA foreclosure they stated that they had no contracts for the property and have had no offers submitted. I tried calling the listing agent but her phone was no longer ringing. So I visited the Century 21 office again. It was at that time that the broker stated that he had no interest in representing me. There was no disclosures signed but he toke my money. When I confronted him on his behavior he became loud started lying and embellishing the facts. I challenged him on the incorrectness of the information used to advertise the listing he became louder and defensive. This is not the broker or Realtor you want to represent you or servicing your property.
