Review: We are in Contract with a real estate representative [redacted] from this office. We have requested an unconditional release from this agent. The reasons for this request was her false advertising towards our home. She listed our home with pictures that were not at the time in which we owned the home. She has also falsely advertised her services and has not done any of the services to which she has stated. I have contacted her and her home office however myself and my husband never received a response back other then she is unwilling to discuss the matters and will not release us. As ** state is a right to work state it is also a right to live state, and she is prohibiting us from being able to continue our lives and live. All we asked was for an unconditional release so that we can find a more suitable person to sell our home and someone willing to do what was expected of them.Desired Settlement: Unconditional release in writing
