To anyone wishing to do business with this company;
We leased a house for one year from this company while we were waiting to find a house to buyIn that year the shower in the master bath smelled like mold so bad you couldn't stay in the master bath, we had to keep the bathroom door closedWe submitted a maintenance request and made several phone calls to them and finally they sent out a plumberHe cut the drain pipe under the house and drained all the foul water out then pieced the pipe back together and stated the tiles were leaking in the shower and it needed a tile guy to fix itHe told them what he did and what it needed, they never fixed the problemThe ceiling fan light in the living room never worked, we submitted a maintenance request to them and made numerous calls and visits to the office, it was never fixedThe door knob to the half bath was broken when we moved in and after several calls and visits to the office it was never fixedThe house had stained carpets in every room of the house with some rooms with paint stains in the carpet when we moved in and was told the owner wasn't going to do anything about itWhen our lease was finally up we moved out and they charged us about $to replace the carpet, hire professional carpet cleaners, hire professional cleaners to clean the house even though we cleaned all of this after we moved out, and they charged us for fixing the bathroom door knob that they never would fixThey also charged us with replacing an air filter for $This was the worst company I have ever experienced and would never refer them to anyoneI have talked with several people that have dealt with them and they have had the same problemsDo not use this company unless you want to be treated like trash
And as a foot note I'd like to add that we did buy a house in Cabot and if this company had of done right by us we would have used them as our agent and their commissions would have been around $17,but we did not use them, so for a few measly dollars they could have treated us right and made several thousand dollars on commissionAnd those that I've talked to that rent from them will not use them either when they buySo to the company owner I say you reap what you sewAnd you are a horrible example for Century

I have had an Antimite service contract for the last three years They had sprayed around our home (primarily for ants) every other month and we have not had any pest problems Last weekend, our upstairs kitchen was inundated with ants and I called to request an emergency service As anticipated, they were not available on weekends so I requested pest control service on Monday morning I was told that I would be contacted for an appointment at that time When no one called on Monday, I re-called the company and was told that someone (from the local office) would get ahold of me right away Well, that never happened On Tuesday afternoon, I found a new local pest control service that was both responsive and ethical
When I re-called the Antimite contact number, I was forwarded to Terminix and spoke with one of their customer service representatives She advised me that Terminix had purchased Antimite and that they (Terminix) was now the service provider for all of Antimite contracts I advised the representative that I had obtained a new service provider and wanted to cancel their service for non-performance She said that was fine and transferred me to her supervisor who wanted to know how I wished to pay the outstanding bill of $ I informed the supervisor that I had just paid the Antimite bill at the end of the month and that they had not performed any service after that time She advised me that I had paid Antimite, not Terminix, so I still owed them the money At that point, I became upset and told them to cancel service and that I was not going to pay twice for service that I didn’t get She hung up I fully anticipate that I will start receiving late notices from Terminix, which will be forwarded to the local Revdex.com
Warning, for those of you that have Antimite service, Terminix has taken a good company and destroyed their reputation Do not use Terminix
I went to view a house to rent in Beebe through Century Two women took me to a torn down house that needed to be restoredIt would take months to rebuild that property that was not in working or livable conditionThen, made an appointment to view a duplex in Ward later that weekThe women asked me to buy and activate my Veterans Affairs home loanI said I was living on a small budget and only looking to leaseA couple of days later, I called, Amanda, and was told their application fee was $I'd felt followed to my bank and done a withdrawal for that same amount earlierI was then called by , Amanda, who speaks very quietly and faintlyIt's frustrating to hear herThe company never got back to me and asked me not to view properties from the outside without them presentI feel I was watched when I drove to Ward to view the duplex and the surrounding neighborhoodThis office was very unprofessional with me and accusatoryI reached out to MrWand was hung up onI was told to call others by himI called their after, Amanda, would not speak louderI found the number to be a scam and was a number to start the paper work to buy a homeI attempted to call, Barbara S., twice since and was ignoredI asked, Amanda, to have, Barbara, call me last monthThis office is not customer savvyThey were never going to allow me to rent from themI knew they had people watching me in JacksonvilleI almost got forced into buying a home I did not wantI would hate for another disabled, female, veteran to be watched and violated like I wasThey threw me outThis is a very dishonorable company and they make the sales industry look very shady
