I called P [redacted] and was told that a repair tech would be at my home in minutesParker and Son was courteous and had my AC up and cooling in short orderI WILL NEVER RECOMEND GOETTL TO ANYONE!

We purchased a New York air conditioning unit 10/6/the compressor failedInstaller replaced compressor under warranty, but told us "refrigerant is not covered under warranty"We were unhappy with having to pay for any repairs on a 6month old unit He promised he would get us a refund for refrigerant, so we paid $We since learned that the company does cover refrigerant under the warranty We also learned that the company has reimbursed the installer for the refrigerant We have an ongoing dispute with him through our credit card companyInstaller does not respond to our calls or texts to try and resolve this matter

I initially called Goettl for air conditioning maintenanceThe guy who came out was named Ralph, and he wanted to sell me a unit for $10kI believe he was running his own gigI called and the service manager immediately returned my call and said they don't do business that wayHe sent out Mike who got me up and running with no additional charge
I have ultimate respect for the integrity of the companyI wish I remembered the name of the service manager, because it was his integrity that pushed itThey are a great company
Goettl, they will keep you cool but it's hard to spell
