Review: I am in contract with Century 21 Sunny Gardens Realty with [redacted] All we have had is issue with this office. First [redacted] changed the price of my house 26 days after singing the contract without asking on 10/**/13 to 988,000 and then on 11/**/13 without asking to 968,000. I was looking at the house online on 11/**/13 and saw the changes I called [redacted] right away and he said he knows best and let him do his job. I told him I don't want to sell that low and to put the price back up. Two days later on 11/**/13 the price was up to 988,000. I called [redacted] again and we were fighting about the price for a few days and he kept saying he knows best and told my with that she needs to listen to him and she needs to know her place. So finally on 11/**/13 he put the house back up at 998,000 the price we agreed on the contract. Then it gets better every offer we have got there is missing paper work. Either they can't a bank account info to show cash or it's missing disclosure or his Famous words trust me. Oh and open house he doesn't show up or he shows up a hour and 30 minutes late and only two small signs. He never returns phone calls or texts and he doesn't tell you all offer if it's not good enough for him..The [redacted] is every rude and Disrespectful!!!! He has called my wife a lair and also told her to know her place and that she should listen to me... He wants it his way or no way when it's not his home and his money... He talks to us like we are children. All we want is the fighting to stop and he is wasting our time and he is very disrespectful. I have asked him for a release and he told me "No" and he is going to hold on to my house till his time is up. He is bossy. He is a every nasty person and is evil in many ways. Beware fake at first Promises you the world!! He said my house is worth 1.1 Million but I'm only getting 700,000 to 855,000 offers that's a big Difference and he made my house a Exclusive with out my Knowledge I had to fight him to put it on MLS.Desired Settlement: 9 days left on our contract!!!! Sign the release form and release me from the contract
