I had been out of the office and only today became aware of this Revdex.com complaint. I immediately researched it and discovered that our team had, in fact, contacted this customer and provided a refund on 6/13/17. This customer signed our standard Refund/Comp form detailing what
products/services had been refunded and acknowledging that this matter had been settled in its entirety. I can supply a signed copy of this document if needed. However, that seems to have occurred on the same date as this Revdex.com complaint. Perhaps the complaint was submitted prior to our representatives completing this transaction with this customer the same day? Please advise as to further steps we can take to address this matter as we do NOT want any dissatisfied customers - nor do we want any Revdex.com complaints published publicly. Thank you, --Brett
