After dropping my Volvo at the service center the night before a scheduled appointment, I received no phone calls even after leaving three messages I left a voice message with [redacted] at and received no return callI called back at and spoke to [redacted] who stated that [redacted] was handling my VolvoI asked [redacted] to look up the status of my vehicle to which he replied "I don't see it in the system." To which I replied, "but I had a scheduled appointment for service today, Monday, DEC 2016." [redacted] said, "oh, it's in the system I just don't see any status updates." I then had to request that [redacted] call me back [redacted] stated, "well [redacted] is at lunch and will return in minutes." (As if to suggest I could call him back then)I replied, "so do I need to call him back considering I called him two hours ago and he hasn't returned my call?" [redacted] replied, "OK, what's your number?"...By the way it's a very busy Monday," he ended the conversation with this obvious statement about Mondays

Had my BMW Xserviced here for a water pump to be replaced for a second time within a couple months weeks later my engine needs to be replaced After having my car back from the dealership for replacing a water pump for the second time within a couple months, and only driving it for a fourth time since I got it back, my car quits on a busy highway, I have it towed back to the dealer and they claim that a small oil leak caused a belt to come off and get sucked into the engine causing internal damage and breaking the camshaft Need to replace with a new engine I'm sorry but, I feel like this is damage done from the previous mechanic when changing the water pump If there was oil all over the belt and engine compartment it is their responsibility to make me aware of this and of the potential damage Nothing was mentioned about this

The company has been unable to repair my car in a timely manner
On 08/27/my car was delivered to the dealership for an estimate and repair after a wreckOn 9/8/18, they were given the go ahead to complete the repairs and told the adjuster that all parts had been ordered and deliveredAs of today, they are unable to estimate a completion timeMy insurance company suggested I file a complaintI would like repairs done immediately, and I believe I should have a loaner car at no expense to me until work is completed

I was charged $for my car to sit at Century Porsche for month while no repairs were done
My Porsche Boxster was towed to Century Porsche service department on 3/29/because it would not startI was told I would be charged an initial fee of $for diagnosticsI was immediately sold a $battery, as mine was apparently deadI was then told that their diagnostic computer could not communicate with my brand new immobilizer and DME, which were purchased just days beforeThey shipped my parts, including the keys to the company where I bought the parts from The owner of that company insisted the parts worked fine on their test vehicleWhen the parts returned on 4/21/and were re-installed, my vehicle still did not startI suggested repeatedly that they look elsewhere for the problem, i.esensor, module, etc, but they insisted my remanufactured DME was at fault since their diagnostic computer still could not communicate with itI was told by Service Manager, Tom

Service department ruined my transmission performance recommended Porsche maintenance
I took my Porsche S into Porsche of Huntsville for the suggested PDK clutch flush in March for around $A week later I got my car back and within miles I noticed a terrible noise in 6th gearI immediately drove my car back to the dealershipWithin a day or so the dealership called me back and told me I needed a new transmission, which would cost around $15,I went in and talked to *** the service manager and he said whoever had the car before me must have put an additive in the car to mask the noise and that I could go buy an additive and they could put it in for me to mask the noiseI've owned over vehicles and have never put an additive in a car, but I did as they suggestedThey charged me another $to put in the additiveWithin miles of putting the additive in the car had a "transmission emergency" and stopped workingAt that point I called the dealer I
