Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They provided no answers to the concerns addressed and responded with words?! Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: There are in fact plans that cover alternative care for *** which I recently had to find for him through another broker due to repeated and unfortunate lack of response from Century Benefits.
It is also extremely concerning to see so many star reviews that this company has.
It will not be conducive to continue this professional engagement as it is becoming ineffective (our concerns will not be addressed) and wasteful of time so I am requesting a response to my unanswered concern from the initial complaint which will resolve everything: immediately transfer ALL accounts to a client selected broker and Century Benefits forward ALL commission related to plans and forward to that new broker including ***'s car and home insurance.Sincerely,*** ***

Correct*** chooses the health plans for ***

RE: [redacted]
This reply is regarding the consumer’s request to change her father’s Medicare Advantage plan. In early November, our service team reviewed his coverage and based on the needs [redacted] expressed. Our team advised that [redacted] continue with his current coverage. There is no premium (Free...

coverage) for his health plan.  We believe there was not a plan that would better suit his needs, especially for no cost as requested. However, if [redacted] disagrees she is more than welcome to make a plan change through Medicare.gov. One agent, Bonnie, sent an email to her stating that same situation (attached). Bonnie provided a link to make a change and compare plans. That link would also remove us as the agency if [redacted] made a plan change. Thus, stopping any compensation earned from initial enrollment.
We were in office until 10pm the day of the deadline. Our office hours are list as 9-6pm. We did leave a message to call us at about 5:30 and that we would be leaving at 7pm. [redacted] was aware of the December 7th deadline, per the attached email. She also had the opportunity to make a change between October 15th and December 7th online at anytime. As I apologize for an agent not returning your phone call in a timely manner, the agent’s notes indicate they advised the consumer to stay on their current plan. Emails indicate that the complainant was aware of the deadline. To our knowledge there is not a plan that covers alternative medicine while on Medicare. Medicare does not recognize or cover alternative medicine. We have stated that to [redacted] repeatedly over the last two years, per our notes in our database.
