Ms. [redacted]: I write in response to your letter dated April 24, 2015 on behalf of Century Business
Solutions ("CBS"). We have looked into the above-referenced matter and have determined that
all fees other than Authorize.net fees will be refunded to Boston Chauffer ("Merchant"). At the
Merchant's request, CBS kept Merchant's Authorize.net account open after Merchant had
switched to another payment processor. In order to keep the Authorize.net account open CBS
had to continue to incur fees through eBiz and an annual PCI compliance charge. Merchant did
not understand that these fees would necessarily be incurred in order to keep the Authorize.net
account open. In order to resolve this matter and remedy this misunderstanding, CBS will refund
the fees paid for eBiz and PCI compliance.
