Century Carpet Care

Review: Century came over to do the tile and grout at our Folsom location. They completed the job and the owner (John) told me that if after the floor dries I still see dirty areas, he would be glad to come back and re-treat those areas. We in fact did have an issue with the spots left behind and subsequently call John 5 times to come out. I also left messages with his phone service and sent him a letter regarding our dissatisfaction.He has made the decision to stone wall us and has not returned any calls or made any attempt to solve this issue!Desired Settlement: Come back as promised or give us a refund!
