Century Group apartments

This apartment complex response time to major issues are horrible. My mother is elderly and heating system/air conditioner DO NOT WORK . I have made numerous COMPLAINTS to management (.Hevelyn) with negative results. Yes, she will call maintenance BUT THE PROBLEM IS NEVER RESOLVED.; and trying to reach the CORPORATE OFFICE IS A JOKE. But their quick in TAKING YOUR RENT with NO PROBLEM.

We have addressed the issue stated by our tenant and have taken care of it.  She is extremely satisfied with the work and she has indicated to us that she had called the Revdex.com to close this complaint.
