windows on March 21, for windows with lead processWe were to install double hung windows and one picture window which would include a double pane, low-c, insulation and removal of all debrisThis included alead removal processWe completed this work on April 18,2014.The *** family was happy with the project and hired us again on May 6, to install more double hung windows, as well as a picture windowDuring this period of time, *** &his wife were also supposed to have newsiding installed on their home through the City of Syracuse's lead abatement programThe program would allow this project to be paid for through grants (provided the home was not sold within a three year period)However, the city ran out of grant monies before the project commencedThus, the window capping that would have been done through this project would no longer be possible.Since their project for siding fell through due to the cancellation of the program, *** decided to refuse the installation of the second project unless we provided the additional services at no extra chargeSince there is a costto purchase this extra material, as well as the additional labor necessary to complete the work, we could not agree to do soThis was not part of the original agreementI did offer to do the window capping at a discounted rate, as we already had invested in the windows for their project but the ***s declinedSince we had ordered all of the materials for the project based on our agreement, we turned the matter over to our attorney to collect for the rest of the monies according to our agreementOnce Mr*** was told this, he threatened to call the Revdex.com in retaliationWe have been attempting to resolve the matter with the customer since June We have a lot of time and money invested in this job and simply need to have it resolved.In addition, we have enclosed a description of the window capping process and the importance of preventing water infiltration to the structure for your reviewIt is certainly something we recommend toall ofour customers.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-####.Sincerely, *** ** ***President

I spoke with [redacted] on Friday 4/24/15, and explained to him that we are in the process of relocating our warehouse, and that I had been away from my office for an extended period of time. During that time, I missed a message from [redacted] asking for a return call. The service call in...

question has been resceduled for [redacted], and the issue will be addressed. To my knowledge, this has not been an ongoing problem, simply a request for service that unfortunately could not be done by the required technician on the first attempt due to an emergency situation.

John P[redacted] came today and looked at the 3 cracks on the wall and 1 on the base.  He is going to put another sheet over the existing section where the cracks are.  The base he said can not crack any further. They will put a filler in.  He said the work can not be done for a month or so.  This is all the information we have at this time.  Hopefully we will hear from him in a month and the work will be done.
