Century Hotel

I booked a surprise vacation for my fiancé at the [redacted] in Miami Beach, FL I used booking.com to schedule a stay at this Hotel from May 21st 2016- May 24th My research revealed that this hotel had a fairly good rating, standard to similar hotels in the area Our flights arrived at 8pm on May 21st, it was around 9pm that we got to the hotel Immediately upon entering the hotel, there was a fowl smell, like dirty mop water The floors were dirty and [redacted] as if no one had wiped them in days and it was very stuffy When I turned to my fiancé I knew immediately, there was going to be a problem We walked up to the counter which no one was there, waited for about minutes and someone greeted us and gave us our room key He also advised us that our room did not have towels and that he was going to run to the closet and bring them up to us, at that time we paid $which was the fee for the additional nights As we entered the room it got worse, it smelled like an
