Review: We have a serious complaint about "[redacted]". I went with my wife to watch an Indian Movie on October 4'th 2014 bearing ticket numbers [redacted], [redacted] and had nothing but horrible experience. For the first 1 hour neither was the central air conditioning nor the speakers amplifiers were working properly, we could not even hear the dialogues in a theater properly, forget about the surround sound speakers. I went to complain to the front staff but nothing was done, then my wife complained after an hour to the manager and then only it was taken care of. I would like to questions the integrity of their staff if they are racist and selective in their approach to provide entertainment to only selective audience? Very well knowing that most of the audience that went to watch that show that night belonged to a particular Indian Cummunity? I am an audiophile and home theater enthusiast and hence, very well know the difference between when the speakers are powered or not. My point of concern is when I complained to the front desk why did they not do anything about it, we after all bought our tickets and had equal opportunity and rights to entertainment as rest of the cinegoers.Desired Settlement: Our Tickets must be refunded with an apology from the managers to the least and an assurance that fair business practice would be followed.
