[redacted] came into our office on August 22, and asked [redacted] , my admin assist to make an executive decision to go ahead with [redacted] 's proposal for $31,792,to repair his apartment She told him she does not have that authorization He told [redacted] that his insurance company is waiting on him to work this out and then they will work with our insurance to see who will pay the bill We are in agreement to have [redacted] s insurance company work with us and decide who pays the billI believe this is the way it is usually handled The job is done, bills sent to the insurance, then they will work with us and decide who pays the bill Sharon ***
Of courseI am working with my insurance now to determine that liability but it is clear alreadyThe reports submitted show that [redacted] was the initial cause of damage and that the water that they were responsible for was contaminatedThat was seconded by Sharons statement that the water came from the [redacted] of a toilet (this is septic water) on March 23rdEven if [redacted] and the HOA had water over flows that some how flooded their unit, then [redacted] then trickled into my unit, a week later I would think that it would further the damage [redacted] had done but it was not the initial causeWithout my walls being opened and seeing a clear path from [redacted] to [redacted] from months ago I do not see a way to prove that [redacted] has much accountability- However I am not a contractor, expert or adjustorIf the 3rd party ERA and ECO reports are not already posted I will post themI am confused as to how there is any question whether or not Sharon [redacted] is resposnible?
