Century Link Field and Event Center

ADA accessibility for getting to the venue were not as explained when I phoned in advance about getting my disabled companion to the front gate inside and in a wheelchair to and from seat 
First of all, there was NO drop off point even close to where the entrance is to get said wheelchair We were let out FAR away, to blocks away With no assistance device as needed for my companion (a)s we were told not to bring as they provide the ride to the seats for him.)  The lyft car tried asking the OFFICER to please let us out where we could TRY to get a little closer due to his disability and the officer said NO in a very rude voice even after we explained this was a disabled person who was assured a safe way to enter the venue!  
We had to walk in which with a left sided hemiplegic man pounds having to use myself a small women as a crutch was almost impossible I then saw another OFFICER, pretty much begged him for some help, again shunned and told I don't know what you want me to do,  REALLY?
Needless to say we expensed over 50$ in bicycle carriages to finally make it to venue, only to wait another minutes for said wheelchair We enjoyed most of the concert when some disrespectful concert goer doused us with BEER,  No problem figured it was just time to go As we made it to the area where we wait for wheelchair to get us, we got a nice usher gentlemen to hail the wheelchair and also gave him a stool to sit on while we waited as he is unable to stand long and with the problems getting in it was nearly impossible As we waited a different usher came a woman and almost yanked the chair out from under him yelling at him that he wasn't supposed to move the chair He is wearing a brace on most of his leg and was clearly unable to move,  I said ma'am the gentlemen put this here for him,  we argued for about minutes when finally someone came and told her to leave us be,  She nearly pushed him on the ground to get that chair moved 
We were on the club level section  8/9/
Again, had to hail a bike and carriage, (thank you pan pacific) to get to the block to get dropped off to WAIT for the hotel ride to come
I called to get the clarification of the whole ADA and wheelchair info days before the concert to make sure this would go as smoothly as possible What a joke/nightmare The only good in this trip was the band METALLICA!  
I hope to NEVER get this poorly treated again, especially when my companion suffered so much disrespect it made me SICK

There seems to be a bait and switch on the parking garageWhen I pulled into the south parking garage, the sign said $When I arrived at the booth I was told I needed to pay $because of an event that eveningI wrote an email to the parking management company IPM about the advertising that drew me into the garage, asking for a refund on the differenceThey told me the attendant "advertised" the $rate when I arrived at the booth and there was no deceptionPretty shady
