[redacted]To Whom It May Concern:The above referenced complaint is about a promotional gift and not the product that was purchased. The customer has had the product for over a year...

and I am sure has been using it. I am not sure why they would think they could return it at this point. The vacation, as a promotional gift, is something that we do not regulate. The representatives go over, in general, the terms of those but are in no way responsible for the fees for additional amenities or nights that the customer would like to add on. Yours Truly,Vince D[redacted]CEO

This customer is stating that they were unaware of the financing and the total of their purchase. We will gladly supply a copy of the...

sales order and credit application that she signed at the time of purchase. Everything is clearly stated. Unfortunately, this customer seems to be experiencing buyer remorse. The cancellation policy is clearly stated and we are long past that cancellation period. She is responsible for the financing that she accepted to purchase the product. If she is having any issues using the cookware we will gladly have customer service talk to her and try to help her resolve any issues.

I now have [redacted] contacting me. They call me every day, multiple times a day threatening me.  I have explained to them several times about how I cancelled this order way before the product was sent and how I never did receive it. I was told that I still have to pay for a product even if I did not own it. They have placed this on my credit report and I do not feel that I should be responsible paying for a product that I never received.  When we signed up for this cookware we were also supposed to get 2 free trips which we also never received.  This whole operation seems to be a scam and I just want them to leave us alone and clear this off of my credit report.  They have the police report and all of the information they need to show we never received the product.  The phone number for these harassers are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.  Please help me get this resolved.

Review: I received an invite to the Double Tree hotel for a bridal gift. We were shown a cookware that was healthy and that would last two generations but the true reason I wanted the cookware is because the sales associate offered us a 8 day 7 night trip all pay for honeymoon and a 3 day 2 night hotel stay. I signed the contract with the understand we would receive the cookware within 4 days and the trips within 7-10 days. 1st payment would come out on [redacted] after I received the cookware. I called on 10/**/2015 spoke to Maria she stated that it would take 10-14 days. I stated to her I did not want them to take money out of my account on the [redacted] an to cancel that was not right to pay for product I don't have I was told I could not. I called back again to on the [redacted] and was told they only knew the cookware was in route and the trips will come after the delivery. Friday I was out of state but return on Sunday. I saw no note of delivery and their office was closed. On the [redacted] I received a call back from Marie stating that my cookware was delivered on the [redacted] an that I need to make a payment because the card I provided did not work. I explained to her did not receive anything. She stated find out through [redacted] who has it. I explained to her I should not have to call because it simple was not delivered and someone should have signed for the package she stated that if I did not ask for a signature that was my problem and that I would be billed and have it place on my credit report(more was said) in the end their lawyer [redacted] call me and left a voicemail that I did receive the cookware it will go on my credit report and to file a police report if I felt like it was missing. I file the police report same day as well as talking to [redacted] and filing a claim. Both companies have stated that this is not their problem the product will not be replaced and I will have to pay because I did not ask for a signature on my delivery. However I did not set up the delivery. [redacted] and [redacted] will not cancel this orderDesired Settlement: I stated to the company they are disrespectful and should not threaten me or accuse me of theft. I simply want to cancel this contract I was told I could not cancel and have no choice but to pay for a product I clearly do not own. My credit is now in trouble because of this threat an now I may have to look into getting a lawyer to protect my credit report as well as account. I phone record as well as voicemail of these threats and conversation tell me basically its my fault because where I live.

I was contacted by private by a man named Shawn on the [redacted]. He did not in any way try to resolve the issue but instead just insulted me more on how I refused to accept the second package that they tried to send to me and that I am still going to pay for it because of my contract. They have now put this on my credit report even though I do not own the product. I then received a voicemail from a Linda that they would take care of this legally if I did not accept their offer because they were trying to help me. She then stated that I told her in a earlier conversation that everything was alright between me and this company. Which in know way shape or form is true. I simply do not want their service or product because of the way the have treated me and falsely accused me of theft. I do not steal nor need to. Telling me that I live in a bad neighborhood is the reason it was stolen is not only racial profiling but harsh and cruel and horrible business. When I asked for there phone records I was told they don't have to give me anything and I would not simple not win if taken to court. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and wish they had simply cancel the order in the beginning when I first every called instead of tell me I could not cancel the order. I feel that if I person never received the product and cancels before it is ever delivered they should want to please the customer. This has cause such a strain in my life and for this to be a bridal company has now cause a pause in my wedding plans. This company has ruined my life. Review: I purchased a 23 piece set of cookware. The cookware was $2300.00. The price seemed excessive, however, my husband and I were told that a seven day, all inclusive vacation, was included with the sale. We supposedly had a choice of over 3000 hotels and resorts. We were told we would not have any additional cost, except airfare to our destination. At the time we were engaged and thought that the trip would come in handy for our honeymoon. In retrospect, we thought the money we would have put towards our vacation could go towards the cookware, and we would receive a good product and have a great honeymoon. Well, I went to register the certificate and was told I had to pay a $100 refundable deposit BEFORE I would be able to view available properties. After gaining access to the website I found there were 2 options...."promotional getaway" and "upgrades". Naturally the upgrades has 70% more options for travel than the promotional. Also, the promotional getaway DOES NOT offer all inclusive properties, we would have to pay around $150, per person, per day to have access to the all inclusive amenities...and it is not a choice. If you choose the resort, you are required to pay the additional money. That is an additional $2000 for the trip. Also, you have to pay another fee to Odenza; a $39.99 per day resort fee...that is another $280.00. To add insult to injury, the resorts are 2 and3 class properties, not the top the line property we were promised. The price we would have to pay is substantially more than if we were to book the property directly. One of the reasons we purchased the cookware was because we thought we were getting a vacation as well, otherwise, we would have never agreed to such an absurd price for pots and pans.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Century Living either pays the additional fees or allow us to return the pots/pans for a full refund.

Review: My spouse and I attended a presentation on cookware from this company. During the presentation, the salesman claimed that other cookware caused severe health issues over time, their cookware was safer and healthier to use than any other brand, and that it was the best brand on the market because no cooked food would ever stick or burn to the pan. He even performed a demonstration with one of their pots, selling us further that they were the way to go. Given our financial situation, the salesman gave us the lowest price we could afford. He told us that that would be the guaranteed price that we would pay each month. The scare tactics he used claiming that other cookware would be harmful to our health and even our future children's health because they were coated with toxic chemicals, coerced us into purchasing the cookware. Then their guarantee of the pricing each month led us to believe that it was very feasible for us to fit in our budget. The salesman never mentioned that there would be interest charges on the purchase because the actual account opened up is not just an account to pay off the cookware; it's a charge account with their company which acts exactly as a credit card would. When I look on my account, the amount I'm financed was only $750. The initial cost of our purchase was $915.84. So without informing me of the available credit I would have with them, they already put me in the hole by $165.84. They unknowingly charged me 24% interest because my account balance is high. The only way I knew they were charging me interest was to look at my first statement. Up until my first statement, I didn't know that interest would be charged. The salesman NEVER mentioned that. The salesman also failed to mention the cancellation policy. The financing company, [redacted], has a cancellation policy of having to write a letter to them expressing your concerns and wanting to cancel your order within 3 days of signing the contract. By the time I actually received my order, it was well into a few weeks after I signed the contract. I talked with a representative from [redacted] about my concerns and wanting to cancel and they rudely replied that I should've read the back of the contract and that the cancellation policy was written in bold letters. Another piece of information the salesman forgot to disclose was that there was a back to the contract. The contract itself was on a clipboard and they never took it off. They simply told me all I had to do was sign here, here, and here and I would be good to go. Had I seen the cancellation policy, I would've cancelled my order as soon as possible because I was already reluctant about the purchase. The salesman sold a pitch on health and taking care of your family and wanting to have the best for them, I felt I had no other choice but to buy this cookware that would be so safe for them to eat from. The company has also misrepresented their cookware by making the guarantee that no cooked food would ever stick or burn to the pans. I've cooked on them numerous times and so far all of the food has stuck or burned to the pans. It leaves me to have to clean them with rough edge sponges because if I leave them to soak in water, the water is so harsh to the material of the pain that it causes white erosion spots. Cleaning it with the rough edge sponge also places a bunch of scratch marks on the pan, but it's the only way for me to clean it with the food sticking and burning to it.This company lured us into the presentation with promises of free vacations or very cheap wedding bands. Naturally, we took the vacations as we saw this way to actually have a honeymoon after our wedding. The vacations are nowhere near free as they claimed. There is always something you have to pay for or upgrade to in order for them to be all inclusive.Basically, the salesman used scare tactics to push the product, used the healthy family pitch to sell the cookware even more to the newlywed couples in the room, and left out key information of the contact and product details to ensure their sale. They used fear, lies, and deceit to push a product that someone in my financial position only bought because they were convinced it was best for them and their family.Desired Settlement: I want the account I have with the financing company, [redacted], to be closed. If necessary, I will send back all of the cookware they sold me in order for them to do so.

Review: I had purchased a $1,599 before taxes (after taxes $1,710) 10 piece cookware set with this company on October **, 2015. I was invited to attend a "cooking show" after I filled out a form at their booth from a bridal show. I went in telling my fiance that we aren't going to be purchasing anything if it is more than a "cooking show". Well, when I went there, it was very convincing to get a cookware set. The host of this now presentation, made it seem like it was something that would be great for healthy cooking. When it came to explaining the pricing of this cookware, the host said that these cookware sets usually run any wheres from $5,000 dollars and up. So being told that we could purchase any of the cookware sets for way under that price, we figured why not since we will eventually need cookware. As an incentive to purchasing any of the offered cookware sets, we would be given a 5 night cruise. As a bride, I figured we would have to invest in a honeymoon anyways. So we went for it.

Now,after receiving it on November [redacted], 2015, we still haven't even opened it so we decided on January [redacted], 2016, to look into the contract about returning it. The contract states that we can cancel our purchase 3 days after signing the contract, nothing was stated after the 3 days. So I called that following Monday to find out the return policy. I had to leave a voicemail. I never received a call back since then, so I called yesterday. When I called, a woman answered and was very unpleasant. She didn't even attempt to look into my contract but only stating that we had 3 days to cancel the order after signing. She said that because we took out a loan and signed a binding contract that there was nothing we could do about this. She also stated that either my fiance or I received a phone call to give us a chance to cancel the shipment before they sent it out. We never received a phone call from the company in regards to this.

The loan we took out to pay for this was through [redacted], which is a Revdex.com approvedDesired Settlement: I have made 2 payments of $69. I'm ok with not receiving back those 2 payments, but I would like to get a refund on the balance of what I owe and send the cookware set back. I am even willing to pay for the shipping back to them. The box is still sealed shut and in the same condition it came to my front door in.

Review: I was not informed of the return policies upon signing the agreement. The return policies state that I would have to cancel before receiving any product. for example, the product would take 10-14 business days to arrive and only had 3 day from the time the agreement was sign to cancel.Desired Settlement: Simply return the unopened product and not be charged for said product
