Dear Mrs [redacted] ,We are and have been willing to work with you to find the leak and repair the issues with your Endless Pool Some of the work done is and was additional to our contract for replacement of the liner and cover fabric Which is why I sent you an updated statement to remind you of the balance due and the additional repairs to date Also, a service authorization to explain that the jet replacement is beyond the contract and that there will be an additional cost to youIn your statement to the Revdex.com you said that the pool is loosing inches per dayIf so, have you let it leak until it either stopped or slowed down? Has the pool leaked below the jets that need replaced? If so there is a problem beyond the jets so we will need to address it as well If there is a defect in the liner it would fall upon the liner manufacturer, however, I will work with you to resolve it.Yes I will help you to resolve these issuesPlease be patient and allow us to do so.Thank you,Buster S***

Buster you said in your letter to be patient and allow your company to resolve these issues.  For how long?  You told my husband and maintenance man that you would “make the pool right” Your contract said my pool was to be fixed and completed by 2/28/2016.  That was three months ago and I have had nothing but problems with your company and your employees.  You are not, and have not been willing to work with me as your rebuttal letter states.  You won’t even return my phone calls to try to resolve this problem.  The skimmer work and the pressure test on the lines, that the guys from your company did, were to find the leak in the pool liner that your company installed.  My pool was continuing to lose 4 inches of water daily.  You never once told us to just let the pool drain until it stops.  After receiving your letter, we turned everything off and let it drain.  It drained down 4 inches to the top of the first step, which your employees attached to the pool after the liner was put in.  You can see from the pictures that the way your employees installed the steps, which the steps were too close to the liner and rubbed a thin spot on the liner.  This spot is exactly 4 inches down.   Since your employees said the jets need to be replaced we drained the water out of the pool to below the jets.  My maintenance man was going to replace the lights and jets, but when he removed the white covers at the bottom end of the pool where the automatic motor mounts attaches to the floor for the automatic pool cover we found where the bolts put in by your employees are stripped and black electrical tape had been put around the heads of the screws to tighten the screws.  The screws were not even put in straight.  They are crooked and will be difficult to remove.  See pictures.  Your employees removed these screws twice, once when they installed the cover and then they cut the rope too short and second when they installed the second new cover with new rope.  This is poor workmanship.  Your company needs to remove these screws and replace them with new screws correctly.  The jet parts that your employee told me to order have been delivered and are waiting to be installed.  I also have the tool to fix the jets—not the pliers that you, Buster were using to mangle the jet that later your employee said was “leaking”.  The pool jet never leaked before you mangled it with pliers.  My husband and maintenance man had to tell you to stop using the pliers because it takes a special tool to remove the jets.  You as the owner of the pool company should have known about the special tool.  As far as I am concerned you are trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman and my husband passed away.   I feel like you are trying to get out of your contract.  I think the reason you sent me a bill for the skimmer and the pressure test was to get your money back because your employee cut the rope on the first cover too short and you had to eat the cost of that cover because at the time you told my husband that you would just “splice” the rope and my husband said “absolutely not”.   My husband told you we paid a lot of money and you needed to do the job “correctly”.  I agree that I owe you $1,000.00 according to the contract we signed, but you need to finish this job and do it correctly, with skilled and knowledgeable employees.  Regards,
[redacted]
