I have a kickboxing studio and I have purchesed free standing heavy bags from Century. I have had multiple issues with this comapy in a year I have had 3 differnt issue with them. They 1st messed up the color of my logo on 12 bags. 2nd I asked for replacements and they shipped them to New York not Georgia. I was so upset I canceled the order and made a compliant in which they then shipped out the replacement bags they never sent FEDX to pick up the wrong bags, leaving me to dispose of 12 heavy bags. Now I ordered 2 new bases for the bags I currently have and they sent out the wrong the base. I called to have this issue resolved but nothing was done. I would need to pay an additional $105 to return the bases they sent me. They keep telling that they listened to a phone recording in which I ageed to a double XL base.
I asked the representitive to check the old order because I was not sure of the style.
Double XL or XXL means the same to me. I have not had a good exprience with Century at all. It hard enough opening a new business then having to go virtual due to covid and now having to pay an extra $105 to return their mistake.
I have client who are working out from needing the proper equipment. I would have purchased many bags during this time with covid as my clients are asking for bags to workout at home.
This is very upsetting and Century has unfortunately lost a valuable client. I will not use them again and I will have my clients go elsewhere. There has been to many mistakes and the process has been overwhelmingly upsetting. What do I tell the client that has been waiting 2 weeks for her bag?

I apologize for all the issues. I have reviewed all the orders and calls to verify all the information. We did reship the tops at no charge on us as a courtesy, this was not our error. I also reviewed the call for the bases and the XXL was ordered by you, once you return the bases we will issue a full refund for the bases.

I am rejecting this response because:I stated that you replaced the toppers and it was your error. My logo was wrong on my Grand Opening. If you listen to the recording I clearly told the representative that I’m not sure of the difference between Double xl or XXL to please check the prior bulk order. I would like to hear this recording. The fact of the matter is that there is always an issue with mistakes with this company. Even in this message my Name is Mrs. not ***. It is insane that a company charges $105 to return an item when the customer has experienced so many inconveniences.

Hi,

It is disappointing that you have rejected our offer, but in order to receive a credit we will need to the bases returned first. This cost to pickup both bases is 105.00, this is what we are charged by FEDEX. This was not our error, so it will be your responsibility to return the bases. I apologize for past errors and any issues that were are mistakes, but this issues has nothing to do with past errors.

I recently purchased gear for my son on this site, using their sizing guides to determine what sizes to order. I also reached out via chat prior to placing my order, to ask if I would be able to exchange my items if the size was incorrect. They said yes, and did not mention that I'd need to pay for return shipping to send the items back. The items arrived, and sizing was incorrect, although I used their sizing guides to choose the sizes. They are now requiring me to pay to return the items to them in order to receive the correct sized items. This is unacceptable, because they did not tell me this prior to me placing the order, and they did not provide accurate sizing guides on their website.

We have tried multiple times to reach out to the customer through email and phone, we are unable to reach the customer. So we have sent out the exchanged items at no shipping cost and no exchange fee.

Bad customer service,
I ordered 12 heavy bags with my logo in a specific color costing me over $3,000. They sent me the proof of the color and I approved it. When I received the bags they were the wrong color. They agreed to remake the bags and ship them at no cost. They then shipped them to the wrong address twice. Long story short I never received new bags. Their error twice and I'm now stuck with ugly bags. Not only did they mess up the color the logos are not centered properly on all the bags.

I will never use Century again. As a new business my experience with this company has been they worst. All they want to offer me is 25% off. costing me $220 per bag plus shipping and handling. No compensation for a potential loyal customer.

We had them made for you, but due to the fact that we sent them to the incorrect address you decided you did not want them. If you would like us to send you the replacements we will send them out. We will call you and review all the information and verify the correct shipping address and we will have the bags reordered and shipped out. Again, I apologize for all the issues.

Constant stock issues with many items. Before taking a customers money and making yourself look like a fool, you better get a date of when it will be restocked, but then again that date will move around on you as well. The "NEW" webpage makes this situation even worse. They have certainly taken a huge step backwards in the last 6 months.

I want to personally apologize to you as well as on behalf of Century. We know you have waited for your duffle bag for an extended period of time. I assure you that we are equally as frustrated with our vendor as well. We strive to make our customers happy just as you are trying to make your customers satisfied, however our vendor did run into some challenges on this product and our hands have been tied.
We currently warehouse over 10,000 items and we are proud that we maintain a 98% in stock level however when the 1-2% of items are something our customers need then we take it very serious. Once again we apologize for the delay and we hope we have the opportunity to earn your trust back. After 40 years of serving this industry we take your frustrations just as serious today as we did the first year.
