follon this complaint was not as timely filed as we would have likedRest assured, however, that the consumer in this transaction, *** ***, was contacted within seven days of our receipt of the complaint, and that thc matter has been resolved to the consumer's satisfaction.After receiving the Revdex.com’s complaint notification on 10/13/2015, the president of our retail operations, *** ***, contacted Ms*** to discuss the details of her complaintIt appears Ms*** was dissatisfied with the level of communication she received from one of our originators, *** ***Mr*** explained to Ms*** that our originator had worked multiple loan scenarios to attempt to find one that would work for her, but none of which were ultimately viable from an underwriting perspectiveMr*** waived the appraisal fee paid by the consumer and assured her that she would receive no further bills or communications regarding the appraisal order on her loan.Our originator was counseled subsequent to this complaint on the importance of communications in the loan process, particularly when circumstances are such that a preapproval or approval cannot be grantedOur goal is to always meet and/or exceed the level of communication expected by our clients.We appreciate the services of the Revdex.com and firmly believe in its mission and methodsWe thank you for the opportunity to explain and resolve this complaint and are available to discuss or respond to any further queries if it proves necessaryIf you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Best Regards,
