Sold us a car on Ebay (Escalade with 68,miles) that was not as described (dents and dings not pictured or noted in the description) with no key fab or headphones for the dvdThey were super apologetic and made promises to send until after the feedback period expired...then you get to see who you're dealing withthey said they didn't care if I sent them a copies of email correspondence they've sold cars since we bought the car and that our time period had expired
If you by from them at least somebody has warned youthey deal in quantity and not serviceLeave bad feedback immediately or else all you'll get is liesI would be happy to message anyone verifying correspondence we had with the Fuzys if anyone doubt the above

great car great people great deal many pictures helped me know what I was getting and when car arrived I was not disapointed A+

For starter, I inspect cars professionally and this vehicle was one of the worst when it comes to dealer deception. Vehicle was found on eBay. Was a 10 year old low mileage (less than 25k miles) , one owner, "certified pre owned" with a clean Carfax. Purchased and paid in full over the phone. I flew in from out of state and was quickly upset at the state of the car.

Was advertised as accident free, but I found that the front bumper, entire passenger side, and rear bumper had been previously repainted indicating at least moderate damage to a large area of the car. It was so easy to spot that I can't even believe it was incompetence on their part. I am certain that they willfully withheld those facts.

Then the vehicle was listed with only insignificant scratches and dings. This was also untrue. I found large, deep, obvious scratches and dings some of which were hidden with touch up that didn't match.

Tail light had multiple large cracks and needed replacing.

Key fob didn't work at all.

Weatherstrip was dry and cracked.

As far as mechanical condition, it was also in poor condition. Starting was hard and labored. When shifting into a gear, it would drop hard and loudly into gear indicating many possible mechanical failures. On the road there were intermittent abnormal noises from the automatic transmission. The brakes were spongy and required immediate repair. Alignment was also needed.

Certainly not what any reasonableperson would expect from a "certified pre owned" low mileage late model vehicle.

I brought these issues to Austin who was dismissive. He told me that the repainting was not a significant issue. Wouldn't acknowledge the very apparent transmission issues. He finally called over the shop technician who did acknowledge the issue. I finally managed to get him to refund my money, but took some effort to simply get a ride back to the airport which he told me the owner specifically said not to give me a ride back. I'm still out of pocket for round trip airfare and an entire day wasted.

TL/DR: Car was grossly misdvertised. Critical issues were intentionally withheld. Hidden accident and had faulty transmission. Clearly NOT a certified pre owned vehicle. Simply and absolutely false. This dealership is simply unethical and deceptive.
