Century Mutual does not discuss claim settlements with outside parities. The...
claim with Ms. [redacted] was inspected on two separate occasions by independent adjusters, both CPCU's, and the scope of the damages to her house were covered with her and covered damage was paid to her in accordance with the wording in her policy. Many of the issues she speaks of are simply not covered under the policy.
