The complaint filed on 04/16/2015 by[redacted].  The operator and helper  informed her the plumbing was not connected to the septic.  So the operator informed[redacted] he was 95% certain the septic tank was abandoned.  [redacted] had the option to pump or not to pump...

septic tank.  She consented to have septic tank pumped thinking this would possibly eliminate the problem.  The owner [redacted], of Mac's Septic LLC.  spoke by phone with [redacted] on April 20, 2015.   They agreed on partial refund of $50.00.

Century Roofing has been in contact with the homeowner.  We have explained that the problem is not as bad as the homeowner assumed.  Century has explained what repairs are required and has committed to the homeowner to make those repairs.  Century has scheduled the work and it should...

be completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction within the next two weeks.

The customer’s refund request was processed on 9/29 and a check was produced on 10/2.  The check was mailed to the Phoenix address Century had on file for the customer.  We did not learn of the customer’s...

new address in Tucson until we received an email Monday 10/6.  Since it appears the refund check was not forwarded to the new address, we have put a stop payment on it and will issue a new check to be mailed directly to the address in the customer’s email.
 
Since this is the remedy the customer was seeking, Century will consider the matter closed.

Review: Century Roofing recoated my roof in April 2012. The roof is cracking and peeling. They are not responding to my phone calls. Began calling in October of 2014. Two inspectors have been out in the 4 month period but after the inspector comes they do nothing. No follow up and no repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like prompt repair to my roof before we have a lot of rain and it causes damage to my home.

Century has scheduled the work and it should be completed to the homeowner’s satisfaction within the next two weeks.

Century Roofing handled a shingle warranty issue for us on a roof they did not install. Rob C[redacted] came and did an inspection and worked with us for over 6 months providing the necessary information and samples required for the warranty complaint process. He spoke with the shingle manufacture detailing the issue, took photos, and removed defective shingles for inspection by the manufacture. Once the shingles were determined to be defective, Rob continued to work with the manufacture to get the materials and fair compensation to have the roof replaced. Rob went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Steve V[redacted] and the roofing crew arrived as scheduled and the defective roof was removed and a new roof installed. The crew was professional and detail oriented. We would highly recommended Century Roofing.

Review: I signed a roofing contract on 24 Aug that said the work was estimated to be completed by 12 September. I sent them a $400 deposit to start the work. I called the company numerous times to get an update on when the work was going to be done. On 24 September, when I called they could not give me a date they would do the work. On 25 September I called to cancel the project and request a refund of my deposit because they were not completing the work in a timely manner. I was told they would be sending the refund. They had not done any work on the roof when I called and no work has ever been done. I was told my refund was sent on 29 Sep but I have not received anything to date.Desired Settlement: I want my $400 deposit.
