I am rejecting this response because: I signed thre the paperwork because I was mislead by your finance personI will also reject your offer to fix the hitch due to it being fixed alreadyFeel you didn’t take this serious and are just attempting to do as little as possible to keep your rating here on Revdex.comI am refinancing my loan as to stop any further compensation you will receive from BOA on the loanAs for warranty work on my camper I will choose to have someone else fix and service it as having one of your managers square off with me during my pre delivery was unacceptable*** has been notified of the issue with you all as a ***, left a negative google review which I should have read the many others before purchasing with you allYour offer of resolution even shows you didn’t read and or take this complaint seriouslyHorrible service and follow up seems to run deep there

The pay off in question was made on 8-23-we received the title for the payed off unit on 9-8-We did experience a funding delay due to stipulations that were not forth coming from the customerOur finance manager drove to the customers house to finalize the loan.There are not two existing

As per our conversation we have to collect what was on the contracts sent to the lenderAs for the previous finance manager his departure had nothing to do with your paper workBut we must abide by the terms sent to the bank or it would be a miss representation of the facts to the lenderTo
summarize you signed a new finance contract and purchase order when you took delivery that clearly stated the down payment

Mr Perkins was refunded his money Mr Perkins was told it wood take a few days he continued to make several threatening and foul calls that we have recordedJust like with any business we have to wait for the customers check to clear before we refund a check

We are sorry you have not been able to get scheduled after some investigation have found your unit listed under a different name as the person listed on this complaint? We have been running two weeks out do to overwhelming demand and staffingHowever we have added staff and are getting time

Were sorry you feel the way you do however you did sign a we owe document stating that you were owed nothing at the time of sale.The Rv in question was sold AS-IS, it is also worth noting that the we owe document makes note of any verbal promises and states they need to be in writing.We do
however extend service and parts at cost to our customers after the sale but the parts must be bought from us and not a competitorThank you

I'm very sorry that your having problems, if i'm understanding you right you have an extended warranty that should cover your repair contact our service dept and they can set an appointment for you Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:We are in a situation of conflicting opinions***/Century have stated
that the coach is "working as designed"I disagree with their assessment, furthermore Century's service manager has stated, and I quote, "...it just doesn't seem right to me...but *** says that it isThere's nothing I can do!" I am in the process of getting an independent third party to confirm Century's findings. While it has been difficult with the recent hail storm that hit the *** ** area, the coach is currently being looked at to evaluate the function of the furnaceI am awaiting their opinion to move forward

Mr. [redacted] was uncomfortable with the amount of time it took so secure credit and delivery date.  Mr. [redacted] called Century RV and was verbally abusive to several of our employees and it got to the point in which we did not feel comfortable continuing the sales process with Mr. [redacted].  We...

informed him of this and sent his file to the appropriate department for a full refund of deposit.  The contract Mr. [redacted] signed with Century RV allowed for a 7 day window for us to finalize the transaction and take delivery.  Due to issues beyond our control and Mr. [redacted]' control the delivery did not take place in the allotted time.

Title was sent fed ex on Dec 5th ,2016.

The heating systems meets the manufactures standards. We have conveyed this information to [redacted] and are unable to do anything more. Thank you
