Sorry to here you are not happy with your purchase, as you stated we did fill your propane tanks and give you a new battery that doe not come with a used unitAs for the battery cables touching the only damage that would occur would be a blown fuse that our tech helped you with on the phone and you said fixed the problem [redacted] your sales person told you that you may be able to find electric diagrams online but we do not have anything to give you.As for the charging of the battery your unit is not equipped with a generatorThe service warranty you purchased can be cancelled and the prorated amount refunded but you will need to sign a cancellation formIf you read your warranty contract it is your responsibility to bring your trailer into the nearest authorized dealer for service and there is no compensation for time or loss of use

The warranty is from the manufacturer not Century RV we schedule work as our calendar permits if this time frame doesn't work your warranty is good at most RV repair facilities across america but Century RV can't extend manufactures warranties

Mr [redacted] refused to pay the taxes owed that is why it was sent to collectionsHe did not try to pay at any time much less ten timesTaxes do change depending on address we are notified by the county of differences and we notify the customer
