I had an awning installed over my back patio. The estimator was on time for the appointment, and answered all my questions in a manner I could understand. The installers were also on time, kept at the job until it was finished, and also cleaned the area before they left.
The first time I used the awning later that day, I found it did not close properly. I called Century to report the situation, and they sent someone the same day to remedy the problem. I then got a call making sure the awning was working properly.
I have, and will continue to recommend this company to family and friends.

Century Spouting is my only 'go to' for home repairs and has been from replacing shingles after a hard winter to replacing all 8 very large sunporch windows and double doors at each end...just replaced 5 basement windows.. has.replaced basement entrance and other jobs. They have the greatest work crews. Everything is left spotless, answer all concerns, always here at the time they say...have never heard any of them use bad language. I give this company the highest possible rating from office staff to those working on the jobs.
