Century Springs Bottling

However, I scheduled a delivery and never received any water. So I believe any water delivery would beat their water delivery service.
I asked for an explanation several times on what happened and why I did not receive my water as requested per their schedule, and I never got an answer. I even received a confirmation e-mail that they got my request and I would be put on the schedule. They request 1-2 days notice, and I gave them 4 days notice. Their response was that I have to wait a month for the next time they are in my area.
To me this represents unacceptable customer service. They are now ignoring me and have offered no resolution or explanation.
Please note that I have been a customer of theirs for over ten years.
Until they improve their customer service and their delivery service, I would not recommend them.
