I am rejecting this response because:We still think the wrong parts were sent.the parts we have were never opened.Hiding behind fine print is disgraceful.If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business.On your website it says you have awards for...
customer service.We feel like we were taken advantage of because we did not realize the error in their timeline.
