Review: I purchased a used truck on 6/*/2014 from a dealer. The truck overheated on 6/**/2014. I went to a local mechanic that I worked with before for diagnosis. The mechanic told me that the truck has a major problem and that the gas gasket has to be replaced. I called the dealer that I purchased the truck from. He postponed by saying that he has to look into it and that he has to find the part. After day that the dealer didn't answer my calls so I towed the truck to the dealer's yard on 7/*/2014. I went down to follow up the progress on 7/*/2014 and the dealer told me that the 30 day warranty has expired and that he is not responsible for the truck or defect. I told him that I called him on 6/**/2014 and since that day he hasn't responded. His response was that he doesn't care and that I can file a complain to anywhere I want. 1- I called him prior to 30 days2- Under the Lemon Law, a vehicle that has the mileage between 36,001 - 79,999 has 60 days or 3,000 miles warranty.The dealer stated that the Lemon Law does not apply to him and that the warranty expired.Desired Settlement: I wanted him to fix the problem initially, however, I want full refund now as I do not trust the dealer any longer. I'm afraid he may cause other problems due to this conflict.
