Jack R., owner/manager of this company actually came to my home accompanied by his wife on a Sunday afternoon to look at window replacementhe was personable and spoke well....was able to offer me a "good deal"I was not experienced with window replacement and went with my gutsThey didn't serve me well this timeThe workers did the job and I was satisfied with what they did BUT the windows leaked air badlyCondensation formed around the edges and we could not sit beside them during cold winter daysWe have subsequently had to put plastic film over the windows in order to reduce cold air flow and have done so every winter since
I emailed pictures of the windows to Mr Rand asked for contactNONEI phoned his business and asked to speak with himNO RESULTSI expressed my concerns about the window to a sales associate and asked for contactNONE RECEIVEDThe company even had the temerity to contact me the following year looking for further businessI expressed my concerns to the person I spoke with who assured me he would convey my thoughts to Mr RNO REACTION
I would strongly urge customers to stay away from this companyYou really do get what you pay for
