Company doesn't correct billing errors as it states it will Company doesn't adjust bill as they say they will
I have called Centurytel on numerous occasions attempting to lower or even cancel my service Everytime I call, the representative states that they will either correct the issue, or state that I have a new plan that will take effect However, every month I am still being charged an outrageous amount, and they have not changed my plan to a lower amount, even though they have said it has been changed
